Customers consistently highlight the generous portion sizes and the authentic taste of the meals, emphasizing freshness and quality. While wait times can be lengthy due to the made-to-order nature of the food, many find the wait worthwhile. The service is generally described as attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming dining atmosphere. The unique experience of witnessing the preparation of fresh conch adds to the brand's appeal. Though there are occasional mentions of minor overcooking, the overall feedback underscores Mckenzie’s as a must-visit destination for seafood lovers in the Bahamas.
We had the grilled grouper and shrimp, It had plantains and vegetables in it as well. It took a long time to prepare it, because it's fresh, but it was delicious and worth the wait. The broth is so good. The shrimp was a little overcooked, so I would get it again without the shrimp. The portions are huge and we shared it and had plenty. Our side was the lettuce and tomatoes with ranch. It was good too. We will probably go back.
We had a table of 8 and the waiter that we had was spot on with the bill . She made sure we were enjoying ourselves and also enjoying the food . This returns is definitely on the ocean but we had the privilege of seeing how they catch conch and also how they de shell the conch as well . So you know that all the conch was fresh . The fritters and the cracked conch was very good . They also have pease and rice with pieces of conch inside which was very delicious . They have meals with fried chicken wings as well as fried fish even lobster . I would definitely take recommend this restaurant.

One of the best meal of my life. Amazing lobster and conch.. good price and grear position!
Visiting Nassau from cruise ship for the day and i heard about McKenzies for their Conch. We took a short cab ride and came up on a whole row of little con restaurants just under the bridge going to Paradise Island. We have the fresh conch salad and the seafood platter which included a whole snapper crack.Conch shrimp & Lobster. Everything was absolutely amazing and very fresh. I will be visiting again when we return to Nassau. As a bonus there it’s waterside and shark’s & sting reys are swimming all around
Food is delicious, second time here (in 2 days) and consistent both times. Conch salad was delicious, highly recommend the crack chicken everything was fresh, service is quick and really friendly.Overall great experience! I’ve tried a lot in Nassau and Mckenzie’s doesn’t disappoint. Everyone extremely friendly and really go above and beyond to answer any question and make sure you’re happy. Will definitely return!
